Honey

We were at Fairytale Town a couple of weeks back and I found Sam putting his head into one of the plants in Mr. McGreggar's Garden. I asked him what he was doing and he said "I'm making honey like the bees." Try explaining to a 4 year old who really thinks he can make honey that he can't. So I just sat back and laughed silently to myself. See the picture posted to the right.

Christmas

Well Christmas has come and gone again and now we have another 363 days till we do it all again. And by that time we will have forgotten how much work we put into it until it is all over as we collapse with fatigue. I enjoyed the holiday but am glad that it is over. I look forward to a new year and spending more time with family. Hope everyone has a Happy New Year!

It's time!

I was told that I need to post more on my blog. I have been so interested in Facebook and locating people that I know that I haven't devoted any time to my blog. Christmas was a very fun time in our house. The boys made out like bandits of course. I will have to post a pic of them riding in their new Ford F150 vehicle. Yes, they now are the proud owner of one of those little cars that only goes 3 to 5 miles an hour. Thanks to Uncle Matt and Auntie Jessica there is just one more thing for a mother to worry about. Can you upload a video clip on the blog site? I will have to check into it because I have a super funny one of the boys trying out their car for the first time. Until then everyone have a Happy New Year!

Sad day in the Scott household

There has been a black could over the Scott household this past week. Keith's grandma, who fell and broke her femur appx 2 weeks ago, was doing poorly at the hospital. We got a call on Wed saying that she was on life support and barely hanging on. Keith, his brother, and step-mom flew down to San Diego to meet his dad at the hospital. Hilda Scott passed away at 8:15pm on Thurs, Dec 4th. She was a spunky Canadian woman who was kind and generous. She will be sorely missed. The funeral will be held sometime this coming week in Escondido where she lived.

Family Pics

We finally got our family pictures taken. My sister-in-law took them for us and they turned out really nice. So I've posted a couple. Above and below.
